Advanced Logistics Service

What is
Advanced
Logistics
Estero Global Logistics & Consultancy is the founder and developer of the 3PL-based forward logistics flow model called “Advanced Warehouse.” We have been delivering this structured logistics solution since 2007 to TofaÅŸ (Stellantis) and Renault operations in Türkiye, serving Tier-1 suppliers located in various countries worldwide.
Advanced Warehouse is a strategically designed integrated forward logistics flow model. It enables non-resident (overseas-based) suppliers to keep their products under their own ownership within a bonded warehouse structure in Türkiye. Within this model:
-
Inventory remains the property of the overseas supplier until invoicing.
-
Deliveries are invoiced and dispatched from the Türkiye warehouse at the required frequency.
-
The foreign-based supplier can actively operate in the Turkish market without establishing a full local legal entity or production footprint.
-
OEM customers reduce on-site inventory levels.
-
Total Cost of Ownership (TCOO) is optimized through inventory decentralization and space reduction.
-
Production continuity is secured through proximity-based supply assurance.
Our warehouse infrastructure operates in multiple strategic locations:
-
An 18,000 m² facility in Bursa, located 400 meters from Stellantis Gate 4, enabling highly responsive JIT, JIS, and Kanban deliveries.
-
A bonded warehouse facility located directly within the Gemlik Port customs area, providing direct import flow management, minimized inland transport, and accelerated customs clearance operations.
In addition to our owned and operated facilities, the Advanced Warehouse model is designed with structural flexibility. Upon customer request, Estero Global can establish joint-venture-based warehouse operations in any designated city and specific location in Türkiye, in cooperation with a locally resident bonded warehouse operator. This allows suppliers to position inventory exactly where operational strategy requires, without compromising compliance, ownership structure, or financial efficiency.
Within our infrastructure, we also maintain specialized tire racks available for future projects. These racks were originally engineered for a tire supplier under the Stellantis Advanced Warehouse program and are preserved in our facilities to support upcoming tire logistics operations.
The Advanced Warehouse model provides significant financial flow and operational risk management benefits for overseas-based suppliers. Import duties and taxes are minimized, and suppliers can maintain precise control over cash flow, pricing, and invoicing schedules. This model also mitigates financial and operational risk by centralizing inventory in strategically positioned warehouses while retaining compliance with Turkish customs and financial regulations.
Through Advanced Warehouse, Estero Global transforms traditional warehousing into a strategically positioned, compliance-driven, and financially optimized supply chain solution — creating a controlled operational bridge between overseas Tier-1 suppliers and OEM manufacturing operations in Türkiye.
